Is it possible to develop a Repetier-host plugin to control the CuraEngine setting?

I want to develop a plugin to access the CuraEngine setting. Basically, I want to output part of the Cura setting data to a text file similar to what the "Export" button does. Could anyone tell me whether any RepetierHostExtender interface provides a function to control the "Export" button or read the parameters in the CuraEngine Setting panel? Thanks in advance!
