Ability to set a pause after a specific layer completes.

I envision this as being on the 'Manual Control' tab.  Such that, while the object is printing, I can decide to pause it after a certain layer number so that I can perform some manual function, like adding support or changing filament, and then continuing the print.

    You do this before the print in the gcode. Just add
    @pause Hint
    where you need the pause. At the bottom you can select layer and then hit button to the left to go to the layer start directly.
