Will this work with good performance ?

    The server will have no problems with this. I'm not sure if klipper can run twice on the pi and how much cpu the klipper process takes. You need to teach klipper at least to use different port names for one instance and set the port in server for the second printer to that file. But my guess is that if you can run klipper twice you will have no problems with server.
