Skirts Suddenly Not Working

Hey guys, having a issue here, I have always used skirts on my prints. I use version 2.1.3 of RH and use Cura as my slicer.. suddenly i started getting a partial skirt that was under part of the actual object I was printing which didn’t make sense to me but I let it go. Now I have no skirts when I slice a object, I have tried everything to try to get the skirt to appear again but I cannot figure it out. Thanks..

just noticed, if I click brim or raft neither of those work either.

    Still working during a test. Check you settings in Print->Structures->Skirt and Brim and make sure to select the profile which has it defined.
