Only first filament custom G-code & notes are pass to slic3r with multi extruder when slicing

Repetier-Host generated slic3r_settings.ini

start_filament_gcode = "F1 START"

end_filament_gcode = "F1 END"

filament_notes = "F1 NOTE"

When slicing with slic3r standalone 

; start_filament_gcode = "F1 START";"F2 START"

; end_filament_gcode = "F1 END";"F2 END"

; filament_notes = "F1 NOTE";"F2 NOTE"
