connection does not work

Hello everyone,
When I connect the USB port between the computer and the printer the connection takes about 5seconds and then it starts again in loop connected / disconnected. Where could the problem come from? I can not solve this.

    Is this in host? Typical reason is a wrong baud rate, then it gets no answer assumes failure and retries. I also had the problem when I had Klipper running which intercepted my normal printers communication. For klipper firmware you need to connect to /tmp/printer

    You did not answer which software? Normally I#d say make the same settings for connection as on the working one. Make sure no other software will use the same port.
