Extruder wont heat or extrude

i can move it and such but it wont heat

In dry run mode this is not possible. You need to check the beginning when firmware goes to dry run mode and see why this happens. There is a reason, possibly a decoupling test triggering, which you might need to adjust to not falsely trigger. Or thermistors were swapped. Something like that.
