Multiple Objects Positions Changed after Slicing

Hello all,

Repetier is doing something odd that only started within the last 2 weeks.  when I'm printing multiple items, after printing the objects are changing position after slicing with Slic3r.  In some cases, it's dropping items on top of each other.  I reposition and re-slice and it still does it.  I'm being forced to only print one piece at a time, which is a waste on a 10x10 build plate.  What is happening and how do I fix this?

This is what it's doing.

In slicer tab select "Try to preserver model positions" so host merges them into one object before sending to slic3r whcih prevents slic3r from rearranging them.
