Importing a Cura engine configuration file

Hello,

Does anyone have a configuration file for Cura engine for optimum settings? If possible if you do could you please share it with me? I would like to import it into my repetier Cura engine settings? Thanks in advance for anyone who can help me out.

    Optimum depends on printer and material and even object you print and of course what you define optimal - fast or good quality, without support or with or with solubale support... . Therefore there is no "Optimum". Defaults are a good start.
