issues with Slic3r in Repetier-Host V2.0.1

Hi.
When printing 4 of the following object in Host V2.0.1 ( scale 1.5, used copy to multiply ):

After slicing, the objects come out completely wrong from what I have set them to be.
Here is how they are set up:

If I use the old Host V 1.6.2 I have no issues, and all the objects are sliced correctly:

I tried also other things, when I copy them, I get the same effect.

Any idea what can cause this, or this is a bug?

In slicer menu,tick the box labelled 'try to preserve model positions'
