New and I need help

I am new with this, I buy a prusa i3 pro b and download repetier host program. 
I see the manual and I do the steps but I can't find the manual control with arrows and I want to move my axis because I have a problem with my extruder.

You were already there. It is in print panel just scroll up. But it is not the same as windows host so you have no cross just buttons to move instead.
