X and Y not 0,0 after home (Delta style)

Hello. I'm building my first delta printer. After homing, my Z axis is correct showing 350 (max height), but my X and Y axis are showing 156 and 156 (the max diameter). It SHOULD show my max Z height, and an XY coordinate of 0,0 at the center of the plate.

I have all of my endstops plugged into the MAX pins of a RADDS controller. Any ideas what could be wrong?

    In printer configuration you set the homing coordinates. I guess oyu have set 156 as xy homing position there and not 0.
