COREXY Z AXIS MOVING UP (WRONG WAY) WHILE PRINTING

Hello,
I have a dıy corexy printer and ı am using marlin firmware and repetier host. Manually is everything working good and right. But while it printing, z axis moving up every one layer. How can ı solve this problem?

    Invert motor direction and homing direction I guess. That is a firmware issue if it moves wrong way.

    No these are all good. Everything is working fine. Just when it was printing, z axis moves up. And ı wonder that can ı use M569 code in repetier? Or something like this.

    M569 is not implemented and btw, what is it supposed to do? Z moving every layer is what you want or ou woul dnot add z moves for it.
