Need Help With Dual Extrusion, One motor is not working

Hello everyone, I've been trying to implement dual motor single nozzle extruding however no matter what I can only get One extruder to move. For example when I try to use to different nozzles for extruders with Cura, only one extruder will have the gcodes sent to it and do the part of both extruders. When I use slic3r only one extruder will move and then when the tool change happens the other extruder will do nothing. Even in manual control only one extruder will move. I desperately need help

Are you using mixing extruder for this? In that case check eeprom values for mixing extruder and see if t1 has ration 0 / 100 while t0 has 100 / 0
