RepHost upload to server issues

I just recently installed Server v0.80.3 on a Ras Pi.  My printer is connected,and Repetier host connects fine to the server.  However whenever I try to save gcode to the server, I get the message "Will Overwrite Existing File!".  However, ther are no files on the server and I cannot gt past the warning.  

Any Thoughts?

    At least with next release it is working correct. This warning comes as soon as any group has a file with same name. The host doe snot know groups in that version.
