General Question on the printing movement

Hello Repetier, 

Currently, I am using CURA engine, and my print job will create an outside shell, then fill the inside.

I am wondering, is there any option on Repetier-Host to reverse the movement? By mean, having the print job fill the inside then create the shell.

In extrusion tab is the option "Perimeter before infill" causing this. Normally it is a good idea to have perimeter first.
