Preparing Print Bug

Hi Repetier,

I have a touch screen connected to a Pi2.

If I start a print from the touch screen, and the printer is not connected, then the the UI gets stuck on "Preparing print..."

I can log into the web interface, delete the print etc, but the touch display is still stuck on Preparing print.

One should not try to print with an offline printer, I know, but sometimes one do.

Good point. Will check and fix for next release tomorrow (maybe:-)
