Changes in Printer Config require page reload
Not really a bug, more a usability issue:
Changes made to the printer like changes to mm/s, adding new temperatures, etc. don't reflect in the webinterface, until you reload the website (new preset temperature shows up, but when clicked printer doesn't start heating,... )
So returning to the printer control screen should force a reload of the config to the UI
