Self Calibration 3d printer/ CNC

Feel that half the fun of 3D printers disappear when you have to calibrate the printer at all times. So I wonder if it is not possible to get a self-calibrating button? The calibration would then be able to go out on moving the 3D printer head to all corners to then push down the head of the plate using a push button or anything that measures the distance to the plate. There, after the printer has been calibrated. Now, 3D printer, print 3d object without the need to manually calibrated plate.

    Firmwares have a calibration command for this, but your printer needs to have a z probe to measure bed distance. Then you can simply send the calibration command to firmware in manual control and you are done.
