Repetier Informer receiving messages but not alerting phone (android)

Hi, I've been using Repetier-Informer for a while and it was working fine. All of a sudden it stopped alerting me of new messages. The app is receiving messages from Repetier-server if the app is open on my phone, but not alerting me as it used to do? What has happened?

Thanks for the info. Looks like it did not start after our last server restart. Should now work again.
