No gcode prompt or display in 1.05 and 1.06

Hi,

Earlier versions on Windows and Mac had a place to manually enter gcode and a window that displayed the log.  On the latest windows versions I am getting neither, though the documentation talks about it.  What's going on?

It's for experts, so disable easy mode and you get it back.
