Print Fails 30-45 Minutes into print

After installing the V1.6.2 update, my printer started printing about 30 to 45 min into the print, at which point it strips the filament.  Before this update, I have not had any issues.  This being said, I did not change any of the feed rates from what they were with the old software version, as I am using Slic3r externally to generate the programs to run on the printer.  Any ideas as to what could cause this?

I am reverting back to V1.6.1 until I can find some answers!

    What does " strips the filament" mean? Could just be a communication error. What firmware and protocol are you using?
