Cura engine Filament fan

Hi. I have problem with cura engine. The filament fan goes at 50% of power. I have to put it at 100% manually. Settings are right. i have a reprap marlinkimbra. Do you have same problem ? Thanks.

Change in fiament settings min fan speed to 100% to always get 100%.
