Host connects but sever doesn't

Title says it all - using chrome browser - able to connect to my seeMeCNC Rostock v2 with RAMBo controller if I use host, but server won't connect (same machine) with the same settings.

Can get into details as needed

Windows 7 sp 1 pro

Solved - USB Hub wasn't allowing Server to properly connect. Now both connect (host or server) when I plug directly in.
