dry run mode

hi im having problems with my renkforce rf 2000. when i go to print the slicer software tells me that "machine is set to dry run mode" it tells me to restart the machine and when i do this it prints fine but 2 min into the print it automatically turns dry run mode back on and the filament stops extruding. can anyone help me

    RF2000 firmware is based on a older repetier-firmware and then developed independently, so I can not say for sure, but maybe it detects a problem with extruder/bed? Does it show a message in log/display? Repetier does show def or dec on the defect extruder.
