Define a layer stop on in advance

Hi, i wanted to know if there a feature that would allow me to define a layer mid print that the printer would stop on. In advance to starting the print. I want the printer to stop without me near the computer on the layer that i defined.

For example i would start a print of 249 layers and i'd want the print to stop at 247.

where it should stop. Host allows jumping to layers if you select layer number at bottom and click the button left. Only thing is you need to print over host/server for this to work.
