Get status updates from Server

Hi,

I'm looking into setting up R-S for our Printer.
One thing which I would like to do with it is to get the current status of the printer, and have that displayed somewhere.
I know that there is the Informer app, but I would like to use the info on something else.
Can I do it with R-S?

    Check the docs for repetier-server. You will see that it offers all function over a web-api whcih also the frontend uses. So you could write a website pulling server status every x seconds.
