Skeinforge Assigning Support Material to Second Extruder

I was looking into the video tutorials and looks like if two STL files are loaded into repetier you can combine them and still assign different extruders to them...however when I slice them with skeinforge only one model which e0 is selected is sliced.

In addition when I have a model and generate support how can I assign the support material to E1?

If there is a tutorial or link explaining repetier/skeinforge support material please allow me to look at it, have not been able to find a good document so far, there has to be one out there.

    You select slic3r as slicer. There you have multi extruder support. Not sure if Skeinforge supports more then one extruder at all.
