Date/Time formatting in interface

Hi,
Is it possible to format the dates/times in the web interface and touch panel interface? At the moment they are shown in what I believe to be US format ie. m/d/yy hh:mm AM/PM. I would like to see them throughout the interface as dd.mm.yyyy HH:mm (in 24 hours format) instead.
Is there a way to do it by setting some LANG variables in startup script perhaps?

    In fact the format is determined by the language selected. But you can not select a reagion for formatting in addition.

     I think it should be same as OS date time format or it should be configured in repetier-server.
    Polish translation could take ages for Repetier-Server, and current date/time format is a little strange (for me) :P

    Maybe provide a translation files on some crowd translation site like crowdin.com ?
