Newest RH Version Problems with slicing on Ubuntu

Tried upgrading to the newest version. 
Whenever I slice an object using slic3r it moves from its object placement and into negative space.

I had to revert to RH version 1.0.6 and everything works again...

Is there something I'm doing wrong?

    Since we do not bundle slic3r any more it is important to set correct slic3r version in slicer manager. Windows bundles with 1.2.9 so that is the assumed default version and parameter have changed over time. So maybe it's just as simple as setting your slic3r version in the slicer manager.
