Parameters don't change in G code

Hi
I have Repetier Host with Slic 3 R.
Since a few days,when i change parameters in "configuration", parameters don't change in G code.
When i install, then réinstall Host i also retrieve my old parameters in "cofiguration" and in G code
générated.
Why?????
With Cura Engine it's OK.

    Slic3r handles saving on it's own, this is not in our scope. So it would be more a slic3r question to the author. Coudl it be that you have installed the configuration files with wrong permissions so your user can not overwrite them? Can you safe with a new name? Slic3r stores the files in <homedir>/AppData/Roaming/Slic3r and subdirectories so you can test permissions.
