Installation Fails with 503 Error

I downloaded the latest Windows installer from the website and ran it with the default options selected assuming it would install from the downloaded package. Instead the installer is complaining that it can't download ServerLatest with a 503 HTTP status.

Installation succeeds if I remove server.  I then tried to manually download the server from the following URL and get a 503 error as well:
http://download.repetier.com/files/server/windows/Repetier-Server-0.65.0-win32.exe
