Telnet password but no user?

In setting up my printer (FlashForge Adventurer 5M Pro) in Printer Setup to use an IP address, there is a place to enter the "password" but no place to enter the username. What is the username or where can I enter it? Telnet connection is incomplete without both. No?

    FlashForge does use proprietary firmware which is not compatible. And telnet in the way we perform is without user/password (so not exactly telnet). Password is in case the firmware has set a password and requires no user for that reason. So main problem is that this printer is not supported.
