Slic3r don't write start g-code in repetier

Hi,
I have update slic3r to Repetier Host  and now when I try to slice any object the start g-code goes wrong like slic3r won't read the custom gcode from my profiles.

If I slice the file into slic3r software the gcode output is correct, but if i slice the file with slic3r through Repetier Host 1.5.6 the start g-code missing or there is oly a G28 and M104..

Repetier Host scripts are empty....

What I'm doing wrong?

    Are you using th esame printer profile like when using it in slic3r directly? Since it is part of the printer configuration you need the right one.
