Temperature Extruder in IDEX

Hello! I recently added a new machine to my farm
It is a Hellbot Hidra220, it is IDEX (2 hotend) and sometimes the E1 head sometimes does not show the temperature.
I have a machine of the same brand and almost the same model (same machine and motherboard but larger) and this machine always shows the temperature of both hotends well.
I don't know where to start looking
It seems that RS sends the command to heat (or cool) and the machine reads it well, since I can print and I've been doing it for a couple of weeks without drama, but I would like to be able to see the temperatures in RS

    Did you define two tools in Repetier-Server? Only then you see two extruders.

    Yes, I defined the 2 extruders. Sometimes it shows temperature, but most of the time it shows zero

    Then disable M105 filter and ack filter and see what firmware sends as temerature string. Some only send it for active extruder and we just show what we get from temperature response.
