Print Failing due to "Main process exited, code=killed, status=6/ABRT"

My Printer seems to just disconnect randomly mid-print, causing no error in the repetier web-view, but the server log states:

Jan 17 21:25:33 : RepetierServer.service: Main process exited, code=killed, status=6/ABRT
Jan 17 21:25:33 : RepetierServer.service: Failed with result 'signal'.

changed the usb cable, didnt help
ping-pong mode is enabled

anything i can change to prevent that error?

    What version are you using? If it is 1.4.x - 1.4.5 please update. There was a issue when response is non utf-8 due to communication error that could crash the server.

    This is no connection issue directly as the server goes down due to internal error signal.
