Support Simplify3d v.5 new remote control

Simplify3d version 5 was just released and it allows printers with Wifi to be controlled remotely.
It would be great if Repetier-Server could be used to be a proxy for printers without Wifi to be controlled from Simplify3d.
Also it should be possible to push the gcodes to RS via Wifi then

That is something simplify3d has to implement. We already have a public API to be used over network or to upload g-codes. Prusa Slicer for example supports this and can upload sliced gcodes directly for priinting or storing.

For simpify3d there is already a solution a bit hand made as we can not change their sources, see

Or you use  Repetier-Server Monitor to automatically upload saved files.
