Can you provide a log of what you mean? Sounds like you say it works but not always. So what happens when it fails? Does it reset the printer or just connect because printer does not reset on connect. Or is there some other error message when it fails. After all windows can only connect if no other osftwrae is using that port. Need more info on what is going on.
