In print preview after the object is sliced i get bad herring bone effect, any idea why?

You mean the moiré pattern with that?

This is just an effect of display resolution vs. layer density and count. We do not have enough pixel to show color gradient so color also depends on position and builds such patterns. That is a normal effect.
