Windows 10 and Version 1.6.0

Does anybody have any ideas. I upgraded my computer to Windows 10 and Repetier Host 1.6.0

I have a simple calibration piece i like to use but Slic3r seems to skip the radiuses of the part on the first layer and then it works fine on the rest of the part. I tried CuraEngine and it doesn't seem to work at all. So i uninstalled v1.6.0 and went back to v1.0.6 and all is good. What am i doing wrong? Thanks for your help.

That is strange. I develop on windows 10 and everything works as expected there.

Did the log show any hints like file not found/Permission denied?
