Rpi incognito mode?

So I shut down my server last night via the touchscreen. I wait for it to shut down completely, then turn off the power switch. As I have been doing from day one. This morning I boot it up, and the screen is in Chrome "incognito mode" and I can't get out of it. It's just showing me the chrome "You've gone incognito" screen. But I can log into it from my desktop and use it normally. How do I get my screen back?

    It also appears that rebooting the server from my desktop gets it back to normal. But switching it on from the power cord goes back to incognito mode, and I'll have to reboot it again to get it back. I'm sure this happened after a "apt dist-upgrade" but I don't know what to fix.
