Auto print SD file

I have seen as feature in another firmware.
Putting a file named auto0.g in the SD card, soon as the printer is turned on or reseted it starts to print that file (could be soon as SD is inserted also if no job running).
I think this is a simple to implement and very nice feature.

    Also you post in host forum I hope you mean Repetier-Firmware here. It is already implemented, also th efilename is init.g for that.
