Auto-enable ATX PSU power

I have enabled ATX power control. It works very good, but, when power switched off and I try to "Home X/Y/Z", nothing happens.
So, there is a plugin for octoprint - "PSU Control", that switches on power, when some of command from list executed, for example, homing, moving, preheating, etc.

I think - it will be great feature in repetier.

    Maybe, but also increases codesize and slows down everything. Could be an option and enableon move or heating commands.
