motors not "working"

When I try to print, there is really loud sound like the motors are trying to spins but are not. On the LCD screen there is jut "Z endstop" (and when I click the endstop it just switches to y endstop etc). I don't know what's wrong with it. When I try the motors they work (I just tried the host for manual control of the motors). Anyone has idea what I could try?

    Which firmware? Sound like firmware is configured wrong (acceleration(steps per mm too high) or motor current is too low.

    The host only sends command to printer and since you hear something it seems to be working.
