Controlling the extruder`s direction

im working in a project in which the  extrusion and retraction direction of rotation varies between cw and ccw rotation for the SAME Stepper motor ........ so how i manage that with gcode or firm ware  without of course reversing the out-pins of the stepper?

    So you mean extrusion works clockwise and counter clockwise for same motor depending on on left/right filament? You need to do this in firmware. Try 2 extruder with same motor pins. For one invert the direction flag and you are done. Nothing you can do in host/slicer.
