Repetier Hosts - Print Panel Z-Axis

So I have a Delta Kossel Mini 3d Printer, and I am trying to get it back up and running but one problem I am having is that when I go to manually move the z-axis down 1 mm, it goes down 2 instead, and I am not sure what the problem is. I am using the Mac version of Repetier, with the newest version of Repetier Software.

Also I would post the pictures but not sure how to do that.

    steps per mm set wrong? jumpers missing on control board?

    As Roko said - your steps are twice as high as required with your microstepping. Check eeprom for current setting.
