Environement variable not allowed on post slicing filter path

I'm not able to use the following path on post slicing filter :
%SystemRoot%\system32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell.exe %HOMEPATH%\Tools\filter.ps1 #in #out

    These parameters are send directly with Process class. It is not a shell call, so you have to use already substituted path.
