Key shortcut may not work depending on where focus lies. Hitting the printer settings button should always work. For me both worked as expected.
Any hints in the log?
Maybe a illegal value prevents it from opening. You could check in regedit.exe for HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/repetierHost and rename it and start. Would build a new config with default values. At least then it should work.
