How to add printer profile?

I have two different printers that I'd like to use in Repetier. I cannot find anywhere to add a second printer profile. If I go to printer settings, it gives me a dropdown box that has the printer name of "Default", but it doesn't let me create or save another one. Since this dropdown is here I'm assuming there's a way to add another profile for a different printer.

    Just change the name and hit save. It will make a new printer with new nae and settings of the active printer.
