rafts sticking to models

hello everyone im a bit of a noob. when i try and print my rafts adhere to my models a bit too well. so well in fact that i have yet to separate one. my heat settings are on the low end of the filament manufacturer recommendation. my bed is set at 60c and my excruder is set at 200c
i heard their is a way to set a "float" so to speak so the model doesn't adhere to the raft as well but i cant find anything like that in prusa slicer or slic3r

    Don't use rafts my self, but you need a bigger distance between raft and print if it sticks too well. In PrusaSlicer this is called "Contact Z distance" and visible from medium level onwards.
